  We were told it would be a 25 min wait for my group. It took maybe 10 min to get seated. Our waitress was extremely friendly and had top notch customer service. She kept our drinks filled at all times. Helpful with the menu. Overall fabulous!

  Love you Theodore Hancock food is great as well as service.. especially loved the fact there was no rush by anyone for seats needed I had not seen my mother Veronica since I returned from New York City this was a perfect place to catch up awesome

  The waiters/waitresses are very kind and helpful, but, the food is gross. The food is bland and kind of tastes like a box dinner. The garlic sticks are very tasty, though! The price is quite expensive for Yakima.

  I have never been a big fan of the Italian inspired food at this restaurant chain. I have to admit the salads,breads and soups are great.
  We visit this restaurant maybe 4 to 5 times a year. The one thing, I am a big fan of here is the service. I have never been ignored or not properly waited regardless of how busy it was inside. That is the only reason I agree to go back. I have hope that the menu will improve.
